A legacy of commitment and distinction
Our family-owned business has been serving the construction needs of Ibiza and Formentera for over 40 years
Over these past four decades, two successive generations have added their expertise and united in their vision to develop a project aimed at building on excellence.
At Piqueras Construcciones, we are proud to be part of the second generation of leaders tasked with managing and developing functions across multiple departments. Our personal and professional growth has instilled within us a deep passion for construction.
Growing up with blueprints ingrained in me a strong affinity for construction, ultimately shaping my career path. My primary focus since 1989 has been on the construction sector, where I have been dedicated to studying and monitoring the latest innovations and trends, always striving for improvement and new solutions.

Method
Construction projects begin with a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and concerns. The groundwork for the built space project is laid by maintaining consistent and precise communication with the client throughout the project’s different stages.
Sustainable Building
We strive to be a part of the sustainable construction movement in Ibiza and Formentera, proactively working to minimise the environmental impact of traditional building processes. From initial design to waste management, we understand the importance of consistency and strive to maintain it throughout all stages of the construction project.
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and building efficient, eco-friendly structures. With this in mind:
- Our solutions are designed to promote the energy efficiency of the structure, a vital component in decreasing energy consumption.
- - We prioritise the use of sustainable materials to drive a circular approach in the industry, including the use of recycled aggregates derived from construction and demolition waste.
- - Our projects are carefully designed to harmonise with their surroundings and preserve the natural environment.
We work alongside architects, quantity surveyors, designers and other specialists in Ibiza and Formentera.
Collaborating with experts in the construction industry and effectively completing commissioned projects serves as an invaluable opportunity for us to expand our knowledge and expertise, resulting in exceptional project execution and outcomes.
